CMA has announced CMA Fest for June 10-13, 2027 in downtown Nashville. A four-day program can include daytime activities, separate venues, evening stadium events, hotel movements, and airport travel, so a useful private-car request must be built from the attendee's confirmed schedule. Regal is an independent transportation provider; festival admission, credentials, artist or production access, parking, and event operations remain with CMA and the relevant venues.

Create a daily list of the party's lodging address, official activity or venue addresses, ticketed start times, desired ready times, must-arrive times, passenger count, and final return. Do not treat “CMA Fest” as a single pickup location. A direct transfer can be requested for one known movement, while several confirmed stops and waiting periods may justify discussing hourly service. Each option remains subject to a specific quote and availability confirmation.
For BNA service, list airline, flight number, traveler phone, luggage, exact hotel or destination, and passenger-ready process. For festival movements, use the current venue entrance guidance and identify one reachable party contact. A flight landing is not a ready time, and a stadium ticket does not provide vehicle access. Share the confirmation with the actual rider so day-of messages are not trapped with a remote booker.
Downtown festival footprints, temporary closures, security perimeters, and pedestrian patterns can differ by day and can be revised after early planning. Review CMA's official program, the relevant venue instructions, and Metro Nashville's current closures close to travel. Confirm a lawful return meeting point before entering the final event, and route itinerary changes through the agreed contact. Never rely on an old CMA Fest map as a permanent private-car pickup promise.
