3. Quotes, Pricing, and Payment

Quotes are estimates unless expressly confirmed in writing. Final charges may vary based on route changes, wait time, tolls, parking, cleaning fees, extra stops, damage, or other service adjustments. Payment terms and accepted methods are determined at booking.

4. Cancellations, No-Shows, and Schedule Changes

Cancellation and no-show outcomes may include partial or full charges depending on timing and operational commitments. Service availability and vehicle assignment may be adjusted due to weather, traffic, safety needs, vehicle issues, staffing, airport conditions, or other events outside Regal's reasonable control.

5. Passenger Conduct and Property

Passengers must comply with applicable laws and chauffeur safety instructions. Regal may refuse or terminate service for unsafe, unlawful, threatening, or abusive behavior. Customers are responsible for loss or damage caused by passengers, including extraordinary cleaning and repair costs.

Regal is not responsible for unattended, lost, or stolen personal items except where required by law.

6. Communications, Marketing, and Opt-Out

By submitting your contact details, you consent to transactional communications related to reservations and service support. We may use submitted email addresses to add customers to our mailing list to receive discounts, promotions, and news.

You can opt out at any time by unsubscribing from marketing emails. Message and data rates may apply to SMS confirmations and other text communications.
