Build the itinerary after the teams and plans are known
Visiting families, alumni, and host groups may need different segments: BNA to a hotel, a pregame gathering, Nissan Stadium, dinner, and a postgame return. List each segment with exact addresses, named riders, passenger and luggage count, local ready time, and one trip contact. If the participating teams or traveler plans are not yet final, label those facts as pending rather than entering a placeholder address or flight as though it were confirmed.
