A usable BNA pickup plan distinguishes the aircraft's arrival from the passenger's ready time. Taxiing, deplaning, checked baggage, international processing, and walking to the pickup area all happen after the posted landing time. For a prearranged ride, share the airline and flight number, but also give Regal the passenger's phone number, luggage details, destination address, and any timing constraint after the airport.

This guide is for the arriving traveler and for assistants, family members, wedding coordinators, or hosts booking on someone else's behalf. It is especially useful when the passenger is unfamiliar with BNA, has checked or oversized luggage, is traveling with a child, has limited mobility, or must continue to a meeting or event. Ask about the traveler's actual needs before choosing a vehicle; passenger count alone does not describe luggage space or accessibility requirements.
BNA's published limousine guidance directs courtesy-car and limousine passengers to the Ground Transportation Center on Level 1 of Terminal Garage 2. The airport instructs passengers leaving the main terminal on Level 1 to turn right and follow the sidewalk, canopy, and signs. Airport operations can change, so use the linked BNA instructions and the confirmed reservation message on travel day. Keep the phone used for the booking on and do not report ready until the party has collected luggage and can proceed to the agreed area.
Send an exact Nashville or Middle Tennessee destination rather than only a neighborhood name. Hotel names can be similar, private residences need a complete address, and venues may have event-specific access. If the passenger cannot find the pickup area, stay in contact and follow current airport signs; do not cross active traffic lanes or ask a driver to stop in an unauthorized location. Regal is an independent ground-transportation provider and does not control BNA facilities, curb rules, flight operations, baggage delivery, or security processing.
