Regal asks for the passenger's room section, meeting location, or organizer-designated entrance so a BNA transfer reaches the useful side of the property instead of stopping at a generic resort address.

Convention attendees, exhibitors, families, wedding guests, Grand Ole Opry visitors, and groups with staggered flights can use this service. The extra detail is valuable for anyone carrying exhibit materials or substantial luggage, traveling with children, or meeting colleagues at a specific ballroom rather than at a guest-room lobby.
We confirm flight details, passenger mobile number, luggage, group manifest, accessibility needs, and the named resort or convention entrance before dispatch. The property lists 2800 Opryland Drive and does not provide a hotel airport shuttle. For departures, passengers should share the entrance nearest their room or meeting and allow time to move through the large resort before the scheduled pickup.
Gaylord Opryland, the Opry House, and Opry Mills are neighboring but distinct destinations east of downtown. Magnolia, Cascades, Delta, and convention-area references can materially change where a party should meet.
