The hotel's official transportation information says it does not provide a hotel shuttle from BNA. Regal plans a direct transfer around the passenger's flight and luggage, or a timed downtown itinerary that keeps hotel, meeting, restaurant, and venue addresses distinct.

Executives, convention delegates, couples, wedding parties, families, and hosted clients can use this service. It also fits an assistant arranging several travelers, provided each passenger's flight, mobile number, luggage, and destination after check-in are listed rather than combined into one approximate arrival window.
We confirm airline and flight number, passenger mobile number, checked-bag count, accessibility needs, and whether the guest will meet at the main hotel arrival area or another location approved by the hotel. For departures, the requested pickup should leave time for elevator travel, checkout, and loading; a vehicle cannot wait indefinitely in an active hotel arrival lane.
The hotel is near Music City Center, The Gulch, Bridgestone Arena, and downtown dining, but those destinations sit on different sides of busy avenues. A short distance does not guarantee a quick vehicle movement during a convention or arena event. Guests should supply every timed stop and let the route be sequenced around actual appointment priorities.
