Omni Nashville Hotel is at 250 Rep. John Lewis Way South between Demonbreun Street and Korean Veterans Boulevard. It is physically connected to the Country Music Hall of Fame and sits beside Music City Center, so a useful transportation request must identify whether the passenger is meeting at the hotel, museum connection, convention center, or another nearby destination.

Hotel guests, convention delegates, museum visitors, executives, wedding parties, families, and event guests can use this service for BNA or a multi-stop downtown itinerary. It also supports groups whose attendees are staying at the Omni but reporting to different convention sessions or evening events.
We confirm the flight or appointment time, passenger mobile number, luggage, accessibility needs, party size, and exact hotel meeting location. For a convention transfer, the event name and organizer entrance should be included. For a venue return, the hotel pickup is scheduled separately rather than assuming the vehicle can remain near the property's active arrival area.
The Omni, Country Music Hall of Fame, Music City Center, Walk of Fame Park, and Schermerhorn Symphony Center are close together but have separate entrances. Event traffic may approach the block differently from normal hotel traffic. Guests should follow current hotel or event staff direction and contact the chauffeur before changing sides of the property.
