MTSU publishes guided, self-guided, virtual, and group-tour choices, with its Student Services and Admissions Center at 1860 Blue Raider Drive in Murfreesboro. Regal helps travelers reach a tour or campus activity they have arranged directly with the university with private transportation booked separately. The ride may connect BNA or Nashville with admissions, a residence hall, an athletics venue, commencement, or another confirmed MTSU destination. For parents, students, and staff, tour and university-access arrangements must be made directly with MTSU.
Prospective Blue Raiders and their families, current students traveling with bags, parents handling move-in or move-out, alumni, commencement parties, visiting speakers, group-tour participants, and athletics guests can schedule a private ride. Families visiting more than one Middle Tennessee school can also place the separate addresses and appointment times into a single, realistic itinerary.
Book the campus visit or event with MTSU first, then provide Regal the official start time, the named building or entrance, passenger contact, party and luggage counts, and every airport, hotel, or Nashville stop. For an admissions tour, 1860 Blue Raider Drive is more precise than a generic Murfreesboro destination; for athletics, housing, or commencement, use the event's current instructions instead. Tell Regal if the party needs a larger vehicle for move-in luggage or if a same-day BNA departure creates a fixed deadline. The university asks visitors needing accommodations to contact its visit team, while transportation accessibility requests should also be stated in the Regal reservation.
MTSU is in Murfreesboro southeast of Nashville, making the BNA-to-campus leg an intercity transfer rather than a short airport curb ride. The admissions center, residence halls, Floyd Stadium, and other campus destinations use different approaches, so a driver should not be sent to the center of a map pin. Build in time for I-24 conditions, campus pedestrian activity, and event traffic, and choose a specific return landmark if the party will finish a walking tour away from its starting point.
