Tennessee State University's main campus is at 3500 John A. Merritt Boulevard, while some programs and activities use the Avon Williams off-campus instructional site. A reserved ride can serve an admissions visit, BNA transfer, homecoming activity, commencement, athletics date, academic program, or guest schedule. For parents, students, and staff, confirming the correct TSU site directly is essential; Regal is not a university shuttle or TSU representative.
Prospective Tigers, parents, current students with luggage, alumni returning for homecoming, commencement families, athletics guests, speakers, university visitors, and coordinators moving an invited guest between BNA, a hotel, and campus can request service. Groups with different event tickets or destinations should use separate pickup instructions rather than treating every TSU activity as a main-campus trip.
Confirm the campus, building, and event entrance with TSU before reserving transportation. Send Regal the full address, scheduled start and end, lead passenger mobile number, party and bag counts, accessibility or child-seat requests, and any hotel, home, or airport legs. For homecoming, commencement, and stadium events, use current university traffic and entry guidance and select a lawful post-event meeting point outside any controlled zone. If the itinerary names Avon Williams or another site, repeat that site name in both the reservation and passenger confirmation so it is not silently changed to the John A. Merritt Boulevard campus.
TSU's main campus is west of downtown near the Cumberland River, whereas the Avon Williams instructional site serves a different part of Nashville. That distinction affects routing, pickup timing, and nearby landmarks. Large university events can introduce road controls, pedestrian traffic, and changing entrances, so an old routine pickup point may not be available. For a BNA connection after an event, plan from the designated meeting point—not the event's scheduled ending minute—and retain an appropriate airport buffer.
