Vanderbilt is an 11-school research university in Nashville, and a trip labeled only 'Vanderbilt' may not identify the traveler's actual destination. Regal helps guests attend a university visit, meeting, commencement activity, athletics event, or other confirmed itinerary with private transportation arranged independently from the relevant Vanderbilt office. The ride can begin at BNA, a Midtown hotel, a residence, or another campus. For parents, students, and staff, confirming the appropriate university or medical-center destination is important because Regal does not conduct admissions visits or represent either institution.
Prospective undergraduate and graduate students, parents, alumni, commencement families, visiting academics, conference speakers, executive guests, athletics attendees, and current students with airport luggage can request service. Coordinators can also plan separate passenger movements when a guest has meetings at more than one school, a hotel check-in before campus, or an evening commitment after the university appointment.
Use the address and check-in instructions in the university confirmation. Vanderbilt's undergraduate admissions office identifies 2305 West End Avenue, while its visitor guidance places admissions parking at the 2525 West End Garage using 2550 Kensington Place for GPS and notes a walk of about ten minutes; those are not interchangeable destinations. A chauffeur passenger should confirm the permitted drop-off point rather than assume the garage is required. Give Regal the school or building, event start and expected end, lead mobile number, party and bag counts, accessibility needs, and return meeting point. Identify a Vanderbilt University Medical Center destination explicitly if that is the actual stop.
The university campus occupies Nashville's Midtown and West End area beside medical, hotel, restaurant, and event traffic. Buildings with Vanderbilt names can be separated by several blocks, and university and medical-center routing may differ. Check the current campus or visitor map before service, especially during construction, commencement, move-in, or athletics dates. For a pickup after a walking tour or multi-building appointment, select a specific public-facing landmark and allow time to walk there instead of asking the chauffeur to circulate through restricted campus roads.
