Regal can be reserved independently for landside transportation between that address and a Nashville hotel, office, residence, venue, or Middle Tennessee destination. Regal is not part of Atlantic Aviation and does not provide FBO, aircraft, or airside services; the reservation covers only the ground itinerary requested by the passenger or coordinator.
Private-aircraft passengers, corporate aviation teams, charter clients, executive assistants, family offices, touring and production travelers, invited guests, and crews needing hotel transportation can use this service. It is a practical fit when an arrival continues directly to a meeting or event, when bags require a larger vehicle, or when several landside stops need to be planned in one itinerary.
Use Atlantic Aviation BNA and 635 Hangar Lane in the request, along with the operator-confirmed meeting instructions, scheduled time, lead contact, passenger and bag counts, destination, and vehicle preference. Include a tail number only when appropriate, and separately identify crew and passenger movements if they have different hotels or departure times. Atlantic's page may publish advisories for high-traffic events; passengers and coordinators should review current operator guidance and pass material timing changes to Regal rather than assuming the chauffeur has aviation-system access.
Atlantic Aviation lists round-the-clock operating hours at this BNA location, but Regal transportation still requires its own confirmed reservation and service window. Hangar Lane is not the commercial arrivals curb, so a generic 'BNA pickup' instruction is insufficient. Large Nashville events can increase both aviation demand and road congestion; allow an appropriate transfer margin when the next stop is downtown, Nissan Stadium, a convention, or a timed business engagement.
