Executive Aviation Ground Transportation

Private ground transportation for Fly Heli Nashville

Fly Heli's official Nashville visitor information says its local flights depart from John C. Tune Airport at 220 Tune Airport Drive. Regal provides separately booked, landside ground transportation to or from that location; the chauffeur service does not include a helicopter reservation, aircraft services, or access beyond the meeting point authorized by the operator. This page helps travelers connect a confirmed flight experience with a Nashville hotel, residence, meeting, restaurant, or event without confusing JWN with the commercial terminal at BNA.

Who this is for

This service is useful for Fly Heli tour or charter customers, couples planning a special outing, families, corporate guests, executive assistants, production coordinators, and crew members who want the road portion scheduled in advance. It also gives the person arranging the trip a single ground itinerary for passengers arriving from different hotels or continuing to another Nashville stop after the flight.

Booking logistics

Reserve the Fly Heli experience directly with the operator, then send Regal the date, the operator-confirmed reporting time, 220 Tune Airport Drive as the requested location, the lead passenger's mobile number, party size, luggage needs, and next destination. If pickup follows the flight, use the operator's expected finish time plus a practical handoff window rather than assuming an exact landing-to-car time. Tell Regal whether the chauffeur should complete a one-way transfer, return at a later time, or remain available for a separately quoted hourly itinerary. Any flight-time change must be relayed to Regal by the passenger or coordinator.

Local context

John C. Tune Airport is in West Nashville and is a different airport from Nashville International Airport. Fly Heli identifies a main parking lot at its Tune Airport address, but passengers should still follow the operator's current arrival and check-in directions. A reservation should name Fly Heli and JWN explicitly so the chauffeur does not route to BNA or another aviation entrance. Travel time toward downtown, hotels, and event venues should also allow for normal Nashville traffic and the day's event schedule.
