A preplanned car can connect the operator's 7230 Centennial Place location with a hotel, office, home, meeting, or other landside destination while keeping the aviation and chauffeur reservations clearly separate.
Private-flight passengers, aircraft owners, corporate travelers, executive assistants, flight crews, instructors, students taking a discovery or training flight, and family members meeting a traveler can request Regal service. The page is especially relevant when the coordinator needs to move different passengers, baggage, or crew between West Nashville and a second stop on a defined schedule.
First confirm the aviation booking and reporting instructions with Harmony Air. For the Regal request, provide the travel date, 7230 Centennial Place or another operator-confirmed landside meeting point, planned arrival or departure time, passenger contact, party and luggage counts, destination, and return requirements. State whether the trip involves a student with little or no luggage, charter passengers with bags, or crew needing a hotel transfer so the vehicle request reflects the actual load. Regal relies on updates from the passenger or coordinator and should be notified if the aviation schedule changes.
Harmony Air is at John C. Tune Airport in West Nashville, not at the airline passenger terminal at Nashville International Airport. Entering only an airport name can send a driver to the wrong field or entrance, so the reservation should include Harmony Air, JWN, and the confirmed street address. Because training, discovery, charter, and aircraft-management visits have different purposes, passengers should also verify their operator check-in instructions before leaving the hotel or home; Regal does not manage that check-in process.
