Signature Aviation identifies its Nashville location as a fixed-base operation at Nashville International Airport. Regal provides independent landside chauffeur transportation for travelers whose aviation arrangements use that facility. The service can connect a confirmed Signature Aviation BNA meeting point with downtown, a convention hotel, a corporate office, a residence, a performance venue, or a regional destination; it does not include aircraft booking, FBO services, or special ramp access.
Corporate flight departments, charter passengers, aircraft owners, family offices, executive assistants, touring parties, invited guests, and flight crews can arrange the road portion through Regal. Crew hotel transfers, passenger-to-meeting movements, and arrivals involving several bags or multiple onward stops benefit from having the vehicle type and contact chain settled before the aircraft arrives.
List Signature Aviation BNA—not simply BNA—on the Regal reservation, then provide the operator-approved landside meeting instructions, passenger or coordinator mobile number, scheduled time, party size, bag count, destination, and requested vehicle. A tail number may be included when the traveler is authorized to share it, but it does not replace a confirmed meeting point or a direct schedule update. Specify child-seat requests, oversized luggage, multiple stops, a crew-versus-passenger transfer, and any separately quoted wait or return service before the pickup day.
Signature Aviation is on the BNA airfield, but a private-aviation arrival does not use the airline baggage-claim pickup flow. The reservation should preserve the facility name through every handoff among the traveler, flight coordinator, and Regal so the chauffeur plans for the correct landside location. Passengers should follow current instructions from Signature Aviation for facility access and notify Regal directly about timing changes; Regal does not promise flight monitoring or access to restricted aviation areas.
