It is especially useful for guests with reserved dinner plans, lawn seating, mobility needs, or weather-sensitive clothing and belongings, since those details affect when and where the group should leave the vehicle.
We confirm the show, gate goal, ticket area, passenger count, accessibility needs, weather plan, and passenger mobile number. Because this is an outdoor venue near active downtown streets, the return meeting point is agreed separately and reconfirmed after the show. The chauffeur cannot assume that an arrival curb will remain open when the audience exits.
Ascend is beside Riverfront Park, south of Lower Broadway and near the Korean Veterans Boulevard corridor. Concert traffic can overlap with other downtown events. Guests should review the venue's current weather, bag, gate, and accessibility information before departure so an avoidable return to the hotel does not disrupt the arrival window.
