Music City Center occupies several downtown blocks, and its official main entrance at 201 Rep. John Lewis Way South is different from its administrative, delivery, and garage addresses. Regal plans each attendee or speaker movement against the event agenda and intended entrance, avoiding the common mistake of sending a passenger to a service address that appears on a convention document.

Convention attendees, exhibitors, executives, speakers, planners, and hosted clients can use this service for BNA arrivals, hotel transfers, off-site dinners, and consecutive meeting days. It is particularly useful when arrivals are spread across flights and hotels but must converge at a named hall, registration area, or organizer-designated entrance.
The reservation should include the event name, badge or session deadline, attendee mobile number, hotel, luggage, accessibility needs, and entrance supplied by the organizer. For groups, we separate flight arrivals from the convention transfer manifest and identify who may authorize changes. Delivery and loading addresses are used only when the event organizer has specifically instructed the passenger to use them.
The main entrance faces Rep. John Lewis Way South, while the public garage is addressed at 701 Demonbreun Street with access from Demonbreun and Sixth Avenue. Nearby hotels and venues create heavy overlapping demand during conventions. Exact door and schedule details are therefore more useful than the general destination name alone.
