The Symphony recommends arriving at least 30 minutes before performances and notes that late seating is discretionary. Afterward, both parties confirm a lawful pickup point; the venue permits patrons to wait inside the West Atrium while arranging a ride.

The venue identifies entrances at the Box Office, West Atrium, front steps, and East Atrium.
